Dajia Riverside Park is located between Zhongshan Bridge and Dazhi Bridge in Zhongshan District. It is an urban green park developed and constructed by the municipal government after the Keelung River was straightened. It has a large area. When you enter the park, you will see a vast endless grass garden, and you can also look at the Miramar Ferris wheel in the distance. The scenery is beautiful. There are five major game areas and bicycle rental areas in the park, all with different characteristics. The double-track zipline area is equipped with single-point and seat-type ziplines, allowing children to experience different fun; the integrated sandpit area has slides, climbing facilities, sandpits, and a shade area for parents to rest; the hill slide game area has 8 grindstone slides, climbing nets and ropes, so you donβt have to worry about not being able to play with the slide; the swing and octopus and dolphin scenic area have 5 special swings. There are also various play equipment such as a large octopus landscape, a balance beam, and a spherical hiding area. The children's water area is open from June to September every year. It is equipped with water spray facilities such as large circles, columns, and giant flowers. It is cute and fun. There is also a large water spray feature with a central water column as high as 75 meters. The visual changes in the height and intensity of the water feature are used to show its rhythmic characteristics. There is also a sports park in the park, with basketball, net, badminton, croquet and other sports facilities, as well as several kilometers of bicycle paths surrounding the park (bike rentals are available in the park). Due to its wide space, convenient parking, and beautiful environment, Dajia Riverside Park not only has many people playing and exercising here during holidays, but also holds various large-scale activities from time to time, showing the vibrant side of Taipei City.
