About this place
As early as the Qing Dynasty leader Liu Mingchuan in Taiwan, deep wells were dug for water supply in Taipei's Beimen Street (today's Hengyang Road), Shifang Street (today's Boai Road), Ximen Street and other places, marking the beginning of Taipei's public water supply.
